Advertiser and their agencies assume full responsibility for any claims arising from their ad against the publication, it's staff or suppliers.
Terms: Invoices payable within 30 days of billing date in U.S. funds. 19% annual interest charge on invoices over 30 days. Rates are net and non-commissionable. Mastercard, Visa or American Express accepted. Advertising is noncancelable: Advertisers requesting a cancellation of contract will be rebilled a full rate for ads already published.
